Daily Reading Plan
One of the best ways to "get the Bible" is by utilizing a daily reading plan with the goal to read the entire Bible in a year. This intentional and consistent Scripture intake should leave us more biblically-grounded in belief and practice than the year before. That is why we provided this page. It is designed to help you launch into a year-long Bible reading plan where you will read the Old Testament once, the Psalms twice and the New Testament twice in a twelve-month period. Thanks to our friends at Crossway, publishers of the English Standard Version, you can choose from multiple ways to get your daily readings such as email, RSS, printed plan or bookmarking this page. Furthermore, a person can begin the plan anytime throughout the year because each daily reading is tied to a specific date. This means, whether you begin in January or March, as long as you stay with the plan for twelve months you can be confident you will have read the entire Bible! So jump in and use a daily reading plan to "get the Bible" better than ever before!

At that time the disciples came to Jesus, saying, "Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?" And calling to him a child, he put him in the midst of them and said, "Truly, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven." (Matthew 18:1-4, ESV)
